Stroke Lessons
Achieve excellence in the water with our stroke lessons, designed to elevate your child’s swimming skills to the next level. Building on the fundamentals learned in ISR training, these lessons focus on mastering proper swimming form and technique for recreational or competitive goals. Through personalized, one-on-one instruction, swimmers develop advanced problem-solving skills, greater confidence, and the ability to navigate diverse aquatic environments.

Class Format
Stroke lessons are conducted one-on-one, and are tailored to each swimmer’s skill level to increase skill and confidence in a supportive environment.
Registration fee and prepayment for the first week of lessons are required upon scheduling.

Skills Learned
There is no set curriculum for stroke lessons. Instead, our approach is teaching each student at their highest level and progressing in each class. The skills learned are individualized according to the student’s goals and designed to work at a detailed level to create effective and efficient movement patterns, as well as develop endurance and power for a well-rounded development.
